probably at least 40% of pre war oil traffic when you count both land and sea

WTI at $87/barrel this morning. Probably need it below $70 to prevent Dem control of the House of R.

Even though we always see Gas prices JUMP $0.40 to $0.50 cents a gallon with just a hint of Hormuz issues. I doubt we'll see a even a 50 cent CUT in gas prices this morning, despite 400% more oil flowing?
