The current conflicts around the world show the use of AI & remote controlled weapons are a threat to any nation's or community's security.

Add to it, CCP has already developed 3/4 scale Human Cyborgs and other AI weapons. PLUS a CCP AI with mind tuned to a Communism agenda.

The frequent reports of AI's fighting each other, AI's inter-discussions on handling the Human issue.

1000's of community level AI Data-Centers being setup. That can track/monitor all electronic activities (blogging, E-purchases and etc).

132,600+ Flock Cameras able to track our every move, where we shop and who we meet. ☺ BTW: The Central Canadian Border is still and escape route.☺

All of the above would seem to warrant a greater focus on developing and installing AI fail safe controls, AI Human safety law and constitutional protections.
