1 Historically the US has always been quite willing to spend a lot of money on & use munitions rather than risk an American service member's life and that is a good thing. I just wonder if just maybe we used Tomahawks when a less expensive JDAM could have been used instead.

3 ^I know. I merely wonder if Tomahawks were used in low air defense threat areas when a cheaper JDAM could have been used instead.
