7 The idea has crept in that the Supreme Court is supposed to be a representative body like Congress. It's not. Race and gender should have no role whatsoever in appointing justices. Jackson carries that to an extreme by first deciding what's best for "her people", and then contorting the law to fit that result. She's awful.
