4 The judges are applying cargo cult logic.

Calling their institution a "court" and calling themselves "judges" does not confer legitimacy.

From the POV of non ICC states the ICC is itself "an instrument of designed to exert extrajudicial pressure with the objective of punishing and coercing."

If the ICC ever had ever had a shred of legitimacy they lost it by sparing the state sponsors of 10/7, a documented genocidal war crime.

10 They're fine, they just had their bank accounts closed, can't use debit or credit cards, Apple Pay, etc.
Their employers can pay them in cash and they can pay for everything in cash.
Good luck getting merchants to accept cash in this day and age, though.
