2 "Humanitarian needs" is an unknown concept to Iran. Most if not all of that money would go toward IRGC activities.

I would just to money to compensate victims of Iran, missile/drone shots and damage instead with not a penny going toward Iran.

In fact I would just not allow any money from any source to go to Iran until Iran sign a legally binding agreement and not just an"MOU".

3 Sort of agree, #2 'Seeking...' This "MOU" is for the birds. Iran's IRGC seems full of nutters. I am unclear as to your second sentence however. I think reading between the lines helps, but please restate if you can.

This is worrying for many of us who just see success seemingly being squandered, and public perception being political reality, wonder if defeat is being snatched from the jaws of victory in the eyes of the public, both at home and abroad.
