The ACLU once was once a justified and feared legal arm of the US Bill of Right, a much needed resource.

But over the years it has become more of a radical protection, LawFare group, and less American Constitution focused group.

It has clearly strayed too much from its founding cause and agenda. Since around the 70's it has become more political and less US Constitution Justice focused in its legal efforts.

Maybe, that's why today, its also called
American Criminal Liberties Union
