3 Give the Western Coast from the Bay down to the border, keeping a San Diego corridor, back to Mexico. They've worked hard to make it happen. Only requires a treaty ratification by 2/3rds of the Senate.

5 But I'm afraid it isn't just Hispanic politicians who've been compromised. Giving the cartels a prize like coastal southern California is not the answer. They'll just keep agitating for more. Better to expose the crooks and, where their crimes can be proven, put them in jail.
