2 A better solution might be to stiffen the requirements for granting citizenship to foriegners. Dunno exactly what that would entail but somehow it should be made clear beyond any doubt that the applicant will be loyal to America and committed to democratic principles as set forth in the Constitution. Background checks would have to be a lot more thorough. People from certain countries where the culture is incompatible with ours would be ineligible. The likes of Ilhan Omar would never be allowed into the country let alone elected to Congress.

3 The problem is not limited to one side. Both sides have team members with dual citizenship. Israel being the most common.

There was a meme on reddit/twitter/chans from a few years ago that showed how many, but that piece is dated anymore. But it was a lot.

4 While I don’t believe in it myself, dual citizenship is mainly a concern when the two countries find themselves on the opposite sides of a war, where the dual citizen would be expected by the other side to act as a fifth column. China, for instance, or Mexico or Qatar. The only way Israel will fight against America is if American had already fallen to Islam or Maoism, and then you would be glad the partisans had a useful conduit to the only ones standing against them.

5 I used to be more ok with duel citizenship, but as I have watched people stab their adopted country in the back without hesitation I am now very much against it. I hold Teddy Roosevelt's position on it. A person cannot have divided loyalties and must choose one or the other. If you become a citizen, you MUST forfeit your other nationality.

6 While Omar and her band of hater is running around destroying our nation, our congress sits and does nothing. They are all self serving cowards looking for the next sound bite and the next graft to make the wealthy. Any speaker worth his piss would run these fools out, but Johnson is just another congressional cuck. Speaks a big game but quietly takes a pegging from Omar and AOC on a daily basis. We need to grow up, or we will not be a republic for long.

7 There was never a chance of Mace's proposed amendment passing. So what was the real reason: did she promise her district that she would propose the Constitutional amendment or there another reason, perhaps as a feeler?
