While I "generally" agree with the judge about 1 often seen issue.
No DA or Judge, should be making Media comments & Political comments about any case, BEFORE jury selection, and during the trial. Until it is concluded.

Opinions and guess work, are best done by the Media and THE VIEW.

BUT !
I have to wonder if the judge would use the same logic.
Since Satan, the Radical Islamic's and their Ayatollah are close friends. Would an Atheist-DA be acceptable to the Judge?
