2 A lovely if somewhat fanciful list! But let's not loose the plot. Trump's goal is not dialog. It is to compel compliance with US policy that Iran will not have nukes.

4 I would certainly prefer something that doesn't result in the deaths of American or allied deaths and the deaths of any innocent people. However the longer this goes on, the weaker the US looks to our enemies and our chances in the mid terms gets worse.
