2 Imho, they're going to take hostages.
With plausible deniability.
Children.
Videotape.
Etc.
They don't need to attack any pipes or buildings, just some elementary schools, etc.

This heinous attack will resemble October 7th, 2023, and it will occur immediately following a publicly celebrated ceasefire agreement signing ceremony.

And before November 2026 U.S. election.

Attacking their neighbor's infrastructure *is* a form of hostage taking, a traditional Middle Eastern custom. Rather like that National Lampoon cover where they threaten to shoot the dog if you don't buy the magazine.
