Plus even back in the late 90;s they love to scan for key words. .

With A.I. and the rush to build localized metro Data (tracking) Centers. When these are activated, any personal communication or privacy is likely eliminated.

In the IT-SEC field.
When tracking down certain suspected employee/Dark-Hat issues, or doing a BkGrd investigation on possible future staff for certain companies. It was common to pay tracking sites for a suspects or prospected hires personal internet data.
