3 Yemen could try to blockade Red Sea access but that would mainly affect China since KSA has a pipeline that would allow much Europe-bound oil to be shipped anyway.

4 The Houthis lost most of their senior officers to IDF missiles, and anyway they were being commanded by the IRGC — and probably the equipment was being handled by trained IRGC technicians who knew how to read. But the IRGC pulled out a while ago, when being there became too dangerous, so I have to wonder if the Houthis are even capable of using the toys the IRGC gave them.
