Have known 2 Doctors Without Borders over the years.

Both were clear, yes, there are many, many Docs with great skills doing humanitarian work.

But yes! There are a few doing the good deed with alternative agendas in addition to medical help.

3 I have had a similar experience NN2. The rank and file doctors are usually very good and are there for the right causes. The mid-level and above... corrupt as hell and not worth the oxygen they breathe.
