R&D with animal DNA to reduce populations has been played with for over 20 years.

Given Animal/Insect, DNA R&D testing, in breeding adjustments and introductions into the wild, has already been done successfully with several animal species.

It does raise the possible question.
Was the USA owned lab, hidden in the CCP, actually doing Human DNA R&D? Then used an "accidentally" created pandemic, to introduce an mRNA DNA adjusting VAX, as a delivery process?

A delivery process, which we have seen is already reducing only certain racial human populations and groups?
