FIFY. Too many little girls get princess treatment which imbues a unrealistic sense of entitlement and privilege. 'Adulthood' doesn't dispel that attitude on too many women - see AWFL

4 As Dunphy notes, a suspect fleeing in a vehicle poses danger to anybody who might be on or near the road.

For example, a few years ago on Interstate 5 in northern San Diego County, a suspect who was fleeing from Oceanside police turned south onto the freeway's northbound lanes in a pickup truck. The cops in cars stopped following at that point but a helicopter continued following.

The suspect and a northbound marine from Camp Pendleton both died in a high speed head on collision in Carlsbad. A passenger in the pickup was seriously injured and went to a hospital.

I don't know if Oceanside police ever had a clear shot at the bad guy but if they did they should have taken it. The bad guy would have died and the cops would have certainly taken some flak for it but at least that young marine would still be with us.
