7 I would agree this needs to be hashed out under the table. Families/allies don't need to air their dirty laundry for the world.

But if the Danes refuse to help keep China away... accidents happen. Just sayin'

8 They want jobs and prosperity.

If we promise to develop their industries and economy instead of suppressing it like the Danes do, we will win the natives over and would not need to annex the island.

The island is on its own path to independence if the natives choose to separate.
