Parole is not a viable solution, if it is not enforced.

Here is but 1 of the many examples out there, of what happens when parole is treated as little more than a social justice agenda process, instead of criminal monitoring and re-education.

Maybe suing the Colorado Parole Board and/or fire those up the chain responsible for its deadly failure, might result in better enforcement.
