Did someone forget to remind Maduro.
The game plan when attacking a Socialist Dictatorship, is to go for the inter-circle elite.
Cut the head off the snake, sure it will squirm for a bit, but it can't fight.

Besids what I have read from various sources in the general area. Say Maduro is in control only by use of force, and not life giving-up popular with the people or troops.
