4 Anderson will read any script that the CIA keys into his teleprompter. Selective prosecution? She ran on indicting Trump. That was her campaign. Not sure what the CIA has against Letetia. Maybe failure is not an option when they bankroll you.

I think it might well be more along the lines of the old saying, "When the King declares that it is Midnight at Noon, the wise underling murmurs, 'Behold the stars.'"

I suspect that with the sense that the moral tide may be starting to turn, its heralds have no intention of holding out in the bunker until the end. They're going to start saying - as discreetly as possible - "We were always on your side. What, you hadn't noticed?"
