3 I’m not an international law lawyer or anything, but it seems to me that using civilians as human shields is a war crime. The onus is on Hamas to protect them. However, they use hospitals, mosques, schools and homes as bases, armories, and offices.
I’ve said many times that if Israel is really trying to commit genocide, they’re doing a lousy job. Warning civilians to leave, allowing any aid at all.
