This looks like a violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment and the Establishment Clause, Right to Petition Clause and Freedom of Speech Clause of the 1st Amendment.

Also this is a litmus test for the woke right.

Will they side with alien theocratic despotism against a Christian minister as they did in the Terry Jones controversy?

Or will they side with the Christian minister and alienate their Iran-Russia-Qatar allies and possibly sponsors?
