Given the way that State level, Death Penalties are actually done, if ever. It will take 20+ years.

Of course, the shooter could pull DA-Deal, thus by admitting it just getting life. Which would mean he "might" live another 60 years.

Costing Taxpayers between $500K to $625K, to house and care for this POS's needs each year.

BTW: We need to halt the peaceful sleep process, and bring back PUBLIC Hangings.

The Open Society Foundation is engaged in all sorts of international mischief. Their founder, George Soros, happens to be a Juice. Criticizing the Juice is antisemitic*. Therefore, criticizing Open Society villainy is antisemitic.

All very logical, like one of those syllogisms from logic class:

Therefore, all men are Socrates.

* Unless the Juice in question is Benjamin Netanyahu, who is literally Hitler.
