But Liable, Slander, and Manipulation of the news for subversive, and political agenda avoidance reasons cannot be tolerated.

Notice how the other lawsuits paid out MEGA $$$ and how the MSM very briefly mention it and then dropped & buried coverage? The Internet Blogs, good or Bad, are the Real Newshounds, now.

Some quick History:
ABC News agreed to pay $15 million toward Donald Trump’s presidential library to settle a defamation lawsuit.

Disney and Meta shelled out $40 million to the president.
Then Paramount, CBS, and CNN.

8 ^ I agree as to the legal status of opinions. On the other hand (American lawyers always have at least two hands), the process is the punishment, as Trump could testify. For example, the publisher of the NYT is a publicly traded company, which means that it is subject to all manner of disclosure requirements. What does the NYT say in its next required public filing about a $15B suit by a sitting President?
