Make the DNC and others groups involved in the count rigging to pay the cost of doing it.

Then indict those involved on along list of felony charges.

If they used funneled in CCP/Russian/etc. $$$$ then toss in Treason/Subversion.

NOT the US Taxpayers.

#4 What if the census takers in 2020, weren’t all citizens?

The count in 2020 wasn’t accurate because of Covid. That is the legal argument I would make. The Dems will seek to tie this up in court beyond the midterms. Their strategy for court battles will be to win if they can but to delay regardless. Expect a lot of scorched earth stuff as well. Their long term goal is total control so short term chaos serves their purposes as well.

#5 The Constitution specifies a census every 10 years meaning the next mandated census is in 2030. Easy to predict the Biden Black Robes blocking an interim census. There are some words in the article that talk about "as specified by law" or some such, so in theory, Congress could authorize it in a judge-proof manner.
