[NYPOST] ''Debanking'' seems like something out of paranoid dystopian fiction, but this horrific abuse of government power is already all too real.

#2 For my actions on January 6 I was debanked first by US Bank, then later by Fidelity.
US Bank were absolute assho7es about it. Fidelity actually sent me a letter stating "for your actions...". The letter is framed on the wall next to the piece of the capitol I took home.

I eventually was arrested in 2025, 01062025, ironic, by then nobody cared. Boasburg signed my pardon, I sent him a letter requesting a wet signature, haven't heard back.
BOA cxld my credit card, I had a few so I moved on.
It's a pain in the butt, other things are worse.

To those on this site who knew of my actions thank you for not ratting me out.

and they're right,it's not illegal to be an piece of shit in America like it is in other countries. Even Holocaust denial is legal here. In Europe there are people in prison right now for precisely that.
But it's not illegal for a bank to refuse to do business with antisemites. It's a private business.
You can't force a private business to bake a cake for you, either.

#8 The GIVERnment requires federally regulated banks to compare their customer lists to the GIVERnment provided ‘bad guys’ list. These banks are required to do this. The real question to Bank of America and JPM is would you have reacted in accordance to regulations if the name on the ‘bad guy’ list was Obama vs Trump. These banks will hide behind the regulations to justify their behavior. To test their loyalty to regulations Trump admin should add Clinton, Clapper, Obama, Biden, Comey…. To the ‘bad guy’ list and see how the banks suddenly balk at debanking fellow leftists.

Where are the lawsuit lawyers for the Jan 6er's?

A class action lawsuit charging Financial institutions/companies with political discrimination would reap a few $Million per person.
