There is the important part. It may be posturing at the moment, but we have gone from unthinkable to saying out loud. I blame Trump. All sorts things are becoming possible now. In the future, they will call it The Trumpening.

Of course, 7-Oct had something to do with it. That was a marker there would be no more kicking the can down the road. Time for a more permanent solution.
