The bottleneck isn't the issue. Iran still has an estimated 2000 of them. It is the lack of launchers.

Estimated 300-400 launchers and Israel has put a nice size dent in them, so maybe 200-300 left with not all in service or in range. Maybe 150 for maximum launch effort at someone.

#5 Most muslim armies have been paper tigers except maybe Saladin and some of his proteges. The Turk military might I would argue were their christian auxiliaries Janissaries, Martolos, and Voynuks.

It took the Spaniards a few hundred years, but finally once they got organized - they were able to march the islamist out of Iberia. When did Spain ever have a major army? That's the point, and they still got it done.
