#1 I am not a big fan of governmental regulation. Unregulated flying cars seems like a bad idea.

#5 Given the way that many people drive, do you really want them flying cars?
Also, if your car runs out of gas, it's really annoying, but usually not fatal. If a flying car runs out of gas, look out.
