#3 The instructors will probably be removed as instructors, banned from re-joining the Regiment, sent to legland with a permanent albatross around their neck. In two years they will either be working for Constellis, the ISA or staring at a mirror in a bar. Being booted from the Regiment for cause is the biggest sanction a Ranger can face.
