It wasn't a crowd of "Green protestors" but a labor dispute demonstration (city cleaners fighting for better salaries which are actually warranted in expensive Munich.

#12 Under Afghan tradition, Frank G, first unbelievers and then even members of the wrong clan have no rights whatsoever, only delayed execution for which they must pay jizya.

As I understand it, there were several waves of Moslem conquest across the Indian subcontinent, and each after the first ignored the Moslem faith of the previous conquerers, treating them as equally unbeliever as the Hindus, Buddhists, etc.
