#8 I heard somewhere that Zawahiri had a really bad form of asthma and it was difficult for him to move around much. One could try watching his breathing in the more recent videos, but I don't know if there has been one in the last couple of years.

Moved out of a cave to town for 'medical reasons', I guess.
