4 There was no deal deal. Every substantial point in this concoction is 'voluntary.'

In fact Merkel could use this deal to legitimize the direct unlimited importation into Germany of ~~invaders~~ refugees from North Africa. Because 'voluntary.'

Unless Merkel loses her office things are going to get much, much worse.
