1 And another thing - I thought we (but not the greenies and our supposed "leaders") were supposed to sacrifice everything to stop warming.

Explain to me how we can stop warming in the rest of the globe, but somehow magically not stop it in the Arctic.

Go ahead - I'll wait (but I won't hold my breath).

Tilt the Earth further, that's the only way, but that's gonna cost a lot of money and progress may be impossible to judge during our lifetimes but have no fear. Oh, and A UN tax on the first world will be necessary to pay for it.

3 Tilting the Earth further would help cool the planet by making winters colder, although at the cost of hotter summers. The net effect would be cooling.

Slowing the Earth's orbit would have the same effect.
