5 The administration is certainly the master of the slow roll. Consider the IRS and its rounds of pound-the-table laughable questions: "Are you ever planning on running for office?" "Detail what you say in your prayers." Consider the interminable stone-walling, counting on a shift of attention to the next outrageous scandal. The Trunks are outclassed and impotent.
