1 IronDome ... has scored a 90 percent success rate in intercepting incoming rockets.

As we saw in an article the other day, Iron Dome may have a success rate of 90%, but it is destroying the incoming rockets in exactly the wrong way, so this doesn't really count. Even though it seems to be kinda sorta working and a whole lot of people are not dead.

2 Yea, but if you give Raytheon (you did notice the author's affiliation, SteveS) 10 billion, in 10 years they'll give you something that destroys 10% of the incoming missiles in the right way.
