#3 $165K profit on $200K market value? I call bullshit. It is next to impossible to mark up the price of drugs / step on coke enough to get those kind of profit margins.

It isn't even that difficult to make your own mozzarella - salt, water, milk, citric acid, Rennet / tablet and that's about it.

It's actually not that unreasonable. Some imported foods in Canada can carry retail prices 3x those charged for the same retail goods in the US. Value the wholesale goods half US retail and the profit at Canadian retail and you'd have approximately the margin described in the story.
