2 Only a few people would have guessed what's the game 10 years ago. So, I don't blame policy makers for this fuckup that much, despite that ignorance is not a legitimate excuse.

However, since the modus operandi and goals are now known, there is no excuse anymore--let it be a lesson from which we learn.

4 Hey the US produced a Jihadist or two I would expect every muslim nation to produce significantly more than that no matter the situation. Especially after they required Crusaders help which has got to hurt in that shame culture.

Find the bad ones, kill the bad ones, worry about ingratitude when the war is over.

5 My understanding is that most Sarajevans despised the jihadis who came to "help" Of course Saraejevo is much more secular than the bosnian muslim countryside, IIUC. In any case Bosnia and Albania have stood beside us in theWOT, including Iraq. Much more so than countries like KSA or Egypt, I might add. Or Russia for that matter. Yes there are radicals in the mosques there - there are also Kurdish islamist extremists.
