5 Operation Chaos is a tedious book to read. It was like the author wasn't really up to the task of writing it but then, investigating the CIA must be difficult. But you have to wonder about all these shooters. What drugs were they taking? Who was feeding them the drugs? With whom were they communicating before they did the shooting and how, if they were such whack jobs, did they get their hands on a gun? These questions never seem to get answered.
