3 ...He was a very good SecDef during ODS, but after that he - and his family - completely went off the rails. I can and will sympathize with a family that had lost a husband, father, and grandfather, but that's it.

The Impulse was and still is noble -- to help the afflicted. Unfortunately the Wisdom to know when an action is doomed to failure was lacking, alas.
