Of course he will, but what constitutes a 'fair trial' when your client is caught in the act of the crime with all those witnesses and verifiable evidence. When you are guilty as hell, a fair trial is one for people not necessarily the accused.

10 This is one of those cases where Trump should have kept his mouth shut. OF COURSE Trump's comments will now poison the outcome. His comments will not prevent conviction - but they will affect the sentencing phase, and basically save this guy from the death penalty. Trump just cannot restrain himself. Stupid. And - I am nominally a Trump supporter.
