4 Many of the people in charge of companies still suck, they just suck less. For instance, defying all rationality, the deranged CEO at Cracker Barrel is still in charge. There are still morons in most American board rooms, but the pendulum has begun to swing away from incompetence.

In the 50-60's DEI would have been called "Token ____".
So, isn't DEI a racist agenda in itself?

Since the doors were realistically around 1970 to ALL.
There has been over 3+ generations of Equality mandated by law.

With Federal mandated and covered General Education & Tech Training,
with preferences even then given to those wishing to use them.

Just look at the MILLIONS of minorities that have had DOD/Military training applicable to the Business World in various ways.
