3 Just asking the question isn't wrong, it's the tone and context behind the question that determines if the question was meant to cause disruption or not.

I have no doubt that there are many Israeli officers and politicians who correctly ask the same question, "is the US a reliable ally"*.

Just because the US and Israel are allies doesn't mean we aren't going to have different views and take different actions.

*And the answer is sometimes.
