5 I am so very glad that one of my new years resolutions more than a decade past was to shed the bank accounts that I had with B of A and Wells Fargo - to switch to a Texas only bank - Frost. My business partner, a couple of then-employers, and my daughter all had Frost accounts. I have been more than happy with Frost's service ever since, especially because when you call customer service - even on a holiday or weekend - you actually get to so speak with a human in Texas who can fix the problem right then and there.
