Given many Open Border arrivals, never adopted their new country, its laws, its culture and its general way of living, after years of being allowed in.

Plus setup mini-old-country communities, that were 3rd world clones of their former country. Some even tried to set up their own court systems using their own countries laws and had their own community police.

SO YES !If they won't adopt and blend-in, then deport and return them.

Plus charge their former countries for the cost of their, crimes, stays and slow-boat home return.
