Rivers are at their seasonal lows so flooding of mainstream rivers will mostly not be severe and in fact will be beneficial to reservoirs, e.g., Lake Powell, Lake Navajo, Elephant Butte Lake all of which are currently at low levels.
However, small streams, urban areas and SW facing slopes may be damaged pretty badly.
