1 Some thoughts:
A chainsaw makes a bunch of noise and is not basement safe if it is gas powered.
Indoor chainsaw use with respect to body disposal is not recommended because spraying DNA all over the place is not a good way to hide criminal activity.
If you have never used a chainsaw, the first time should not be for a three shift operation to cut up a murder victim.
Wouldn’t it have been easier to claim that the dude was a home invader or mistaken as a home invader?
The house seems to have a lot of non-traditional activity present so this will be a difficult challenge for a novice realtor.
These are my thoughts.
