2 A few years ago, there was a nice lady from Nigeria (IIRC) who was a parking attendant at NASM/Udvar-Hazy at Dulles International Airport...who was skimming a couple bucks off of every $15 parking fee. As U-H is one of the most popular museums on the planet, she was raking in some serious cash until she got caught.

When brought before the Forces of Justice, her attorney based her defense on the fact that in Nigeria it is customary and accepted to wet one's beak like that. Judge and jury didn't buy it, but I have no doubt that she has stewed over the injustice of it ever since.

3 One of the charges he was found guilty for — unlawful procurement of naturalization — was because Muchimba also applied to become a naturalized U.S. citizen and provided false information to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services officers during the scheme...

Seems a certain sitting representative from Minnesota meets that criteria.
