2 Probably every day there are ~10-100 incidents like this, large and small, around the world -- African wars, South American wars, Asian wars, plus training accidents. When it's the IDF it makes international news.

In the US, every day, ~two people get killed just a-driving down the road, on average, in every one of the 50 states. Every day. Do you hear about it very often?
